BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
This is a full-time administrative position with Lebanon County MH/ID/EI within the Intellectual Disabilities (ID) program. Primary functions include oversite and communication with the Supports Coordination Organizations (SCO) that the County contracts with.
This position serves as liaison ID contracted providers, community agencies, state offices and facilities to promote effective case management services. This work involves the application of problem-solving techniques, providing support and technical assistance to providers and staff, and interacting with agencies which comprise the service network for the individuals being served.
