Voter Registration/Elections

This office manages all aspects of the election and voter registration process for the County of Lebanon.

PUBLIC NOTICE

First Draft of Ballots are now available.  All candidates and municipalities are encouraged to review their relevant ballots and submit feedback or concerns to the Elections Office as soon as possible.  Please remember that these are a first draft and are intended for review purposes only.  Sample ballots are not compatible with voting equipment and can not be used for voting purposes.  When reviewing ballots, please consider candidate name spelling, contest and ballot position.  Municipalities: please also review that the number of available seats are correct, and that all relevant precincts and contests are correctly applied to your area (Courts, School Districts, etc).  Ballots are double sided, so check both front and back.  If we do not hear feedback from you, we assume that your contest is correct.  Thank you!  Submit questions to:  voter@lebanoncountypa.gov

The petition signature window is now CLOSED!

The Objection to Petitions window has now CLOSED!

A list of candidates who file petitions that includes their ballot draw numbers is now available!  The low number goes first on the ballot.  In other words, someone who draws a "1" will be first in the ballot order.  The number range of lots is from 1-15.  To see this list in spreadsheet form, click HERE.

If you notice a typo or error you would like  addressed, please contact the elections office at the Voter@lebanoncountypa.gov email address with the specific concern and it will be investigated.

All petitions will be available for inspection at our e-filing site, which is found HERE

That link will have all filed candidate's petition paperwork, as well was their campaign finance reports.  Please note that almost all candidates sign a waiver that exempts them from having to file campaign finance reports if they've spent less than $250 in a reporting period.   If you are looking for reports from a particular candidate and do not see any filed, it does not necessarily mean that they are not in compliance with statutes.

Voter Hall of Fame

Do you know someone who may qualify for the Pennsylvania Voter Hall of Fame? If so they need to have voted for 50 years in a row without missing a General Election. If you or someone you know may be a candidate for this honor, contact the Lebanon County Voter Office at: SuperVoter@lebanoncountypa.gov and we will review the nomination.  This is a slow process that requires a deep dive into the voter archives that can take considerable time to complete, so we ask for patience while we work through the research.

Please provide as much voter information in your email as possible.  Full name, including maiden names and aliases, address and birthday are a great place to start.  Contact information for the voter like phone and email will greatly help as well.  The more information you provide, the more quickly we can conduct the investigation.
