The Lebanon County Correctional Facility (“LCCF”) is a 5th Class county prison and a short-term confinement facility. LCCF operates in conformity with the Minimum Standards and Operating Procedures for Pennsylvania County Prisons, set forth by the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, Department of Justice and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Inmates who are housed in the Lebanon County Correctional Facility include individuals who have been sentenced by the court to a period of incarceration of less than two years.  An inmate serving a sentence of between two years and less than five years may be incarcerated at LCCF or at a state correctional facility, at the discretion of the sentencing judge.  All individuals sentenced to a period of incarceration of five years or more must serve their sentence at a state correctional facility.  State and federal inmates are occasionally housed in the Lebanon County Correctional Facility for a short period of time if they are to appear locally in court.  Our facility is also utilized as a community treatment center for the Federal Bureau of Prisons.  Inmates of LCCF also include individuals who are charged with a crime and do not post the required bail amount as set by a judge, as well as individuals who have violated the terms of their probation/parole.  

Rehabilitation is stressed and everything possible is done to return the inmates to the community as a productive citizen who has paid for his or her crime and will not return to the criminal justice system as an offender.  The Lebanon County Correctional Facility has a number of rehabilitative programs. Work Release, Detail, Drug and Alcohol Programs and an excellent educational program is available to all inmates to aid them in their return to society as productive citizens. Jubilee Ministries provides religious programs for all interested inmates, as well as personal counseling for the inmate and his or her family.

Commissary/Trust Account: The money deposited here can be used to purchase commissary, call anyone on their phone list, and can be transferred to the tablet for use by the inmate.

Advance Pay Phone Account: The money deposited here can be used only to call the one phone number the money is deposited to.

Tablet: This option is not on the kiosk. They must call GTL 1-866-516-0115 or go to their website www.gettingout.com to deposit money.

There is an app that can also be downloaded by the friends/family.
