As a client, it is important to stay in contact with your attorney. This means that it is your responsibility to make sure the contact information in your file is accurate. If the information we have is incorrect, we may not be able to give you important information about your case. You must update the office with any changes to your address, phone number, or email address. Additionally, it is extremely important that you attend all meetings with your attorney. These meetings will concern the facts and outcomes of your case.

It is also important to be on time for any court appearances. Arriving late or being absent may impact the outcome of your case. In addition, you should treat the judge with respect. Being disrespectful may also impact the outcome of your case.

You should have received a Three Date Letter at your Preliminary Hearing that lists the dates and times of your next three court dates. If you cannot find this information, you may call our office to confirm your court dates.
If you need to speak with your attorney, you need to make an appointment. You can call or come into our office during our business hours to schedule an appointment. You must let the secretary know what you need to talk to your attorney about so the attorney can properly prepare for your meeting.
If you were released from jail, you need to reapply for our services. You can find our application here. Applications can be emailed or faxed to our office or turned in to the office in person during regular business hours.
