What is a Long-Term Care Ombudsman?   

All facilities for Personal Care, Assisted Living, and Nursing Facilities have someone associated with them from their County, called an Ombudsman. An Ombudsman is a liaison/advocate for the patient in the facility who resolves issues with the facility.
